Charles Hoghton

Charles is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser and he has specialised in taxation for well over 30 years.

He was a tax partner with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms but more recently he has been working with local accountancy and legal practices advising their clients on a wide range of tax planning matters.

Charles joined Knight Goodhead in 2007 and his focus is on tax planning for our entrepreneurial clients with particular emphasis on tax efficient
business structures, employee share incentives
and CGT on business disposals.
